III. Introduction

1. Introduction to Air Heating Units

* This equipment is a heating and ventilation device specifically developed by our company for industrial and mining enterprises. It features stable performance, long service life, and a high degree of automation.

* The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than 110°C.

* The product is equipped with a control system developed by our company. It automatically adjusts the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring comfort and safety in the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.

2. Technical Advantages

  * Due to the extremely low temperature at mine shafts in winter, freezing may occur at the shaft entrance, posing risks to production. To address this issue, our company developed the air heating unit, which is a mine ventilation and heating device. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance above 2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

  * An air heating chamber is installed near the shaft entrance. The air heating unit is installed in this chamber. The intake of the air heating unit faces the intake window of the chamber, and the outlet delivers heated air to the shaft entrance via ducts. The automatic control system ensures the mixed temperature of heated and natural intake air remains between 2-2.5°C.

3. Technical Features

1. Stable performance and safe operation

* Thanks to the highly automated and integrated air heating equipment, the outlet air temperature remains constant, ensuring the ventilation temperature always stays within safe operating conditions. This avoids the issue of inadequate ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance, which often occurs in conventional air heater designs due to unstable heat media or performance degradation of heat transfer components, thereby eliminating production safety hazards.

2. Automatic operation, enabling unmanned operation

* The air heating unit is equipped with an intelligent electric temperature control valve that strictly regulates the outlet air temperature by automatically adjusting steam flow. The computer control cabinet includes a fan frequency conversion adjustment device that automatically regulates the air output based on signals from mixed temperature sensors, ensuring the ventilation temperature at the shaft entrance remains within the specified range.

3. Long service life with no overall performance degradation

* Traditional air heaters often experience performance degradation after several years of use due to oxidation of heat transfer components or other reasons, leading to operational failures. Heating furnaces also suffer from oxidation and corrosion during idle periods, resulting in shorter lifespans over time. Although the heat exchange components of air heating units may also experience operational degradation, the automatic control system compensates by adjusting ventilation air volume, ensuring long-term safety of ventilation facilities. Additionally, air heating units are corrosion-resistant, further extending their service life. With high-stability components, the service life of air heating units can exceed 10 years.

4. Excellent energy-saving performance

* Thanks to automatic intelligent control, energy consumption is strictly regulated according to ventilation requirements at the shaft entrance, resulting in steam consumption being only half that of traditional air heaters.

* In traditional air heater systems, manual control often leads operators to set the shaft entrance temperature at 5°C or higher to prevent risks from low temperatures, resulting in energy consumption 2-3 times higher than the optimal operating condition of 2-2.5°C.

5. Highly integrated electromechanical structure for easy installation, maintenance, and management

* The air heating unit integrates high-performance heat transfer components, fans, and an automated control system into a cohesive unit, simplifying installation, operation, and maintenance.

* Intake temperature, outlet temperature, shaft entrance temperature, and heat media temperature are all displayed on the control cabinet's LCD panel, providing clear visibility of all parameters. Data can be remotely transmitted via an R485 interface, enabling computer-based remote monitoring and facilitating management.

* Multiple units at each shaft entrance share a single computer control cabinet, automatically starting, shutting down, and alternating operation based on actual needs.
